Vision Screening by the SD Department of Health will take place on September 20th for students in grades 1, 3, and 5. Physical Assessments (all 5th grade) and Scoliosis Screenings (5th and 7th girls, 8th boys) will be held at a later date. If you wish to DECLINE any of these screenings, please contact Crystal in the Elementary Office 627-5657 x 404.
